Biography
James W. Heisig (born in the United States in 1944) received PhD from Cambridge University. After lecturing at numerous places in the United States and Central America, he became a director at the Nanzan Institute for Religion and Culture of Nanzan University. Even today, he has made contributions to the field there.
In 2015 , he received Doctor Honoris Causa, Tallinn University, Estonia.
